- Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Energiebeschaffung sowie der Energieabrechnung (Strom, Wärme) und Unterstützung bei Vertragsverhandlungen mit Energielieferanten
- Optimierung des Fremdstrombezugs unter Berücksichtigung von Preisentwicklungen, Beschaffungsstrategien sowie energiewirtschaftlichen und steuerlichen Rahmenbedingungen
- Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Biomasseausschreibungen
- Monitoring von Technologieentwicklungen im deutschen und europäischen Energiemarkt
- Aufbereitung komplexer energiewirtschaftlicher und regulatorischer Themen für interne Stakeholders
- Durchführung von Rechnungsprüfung, -freigabe und energiewirtschaftlichem Controlling
- Identifikation und Nachverfolgung von Orientierungsmaßnahmen zur Steigerung der Wirtschaftlichkeit
- Laufende Analyse und Monitoring von Energiemärkten inkl. Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und regulatorischer Anforderungen (z. B. DIN EN ISO 50001, EEG, Stromsteuer)

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen (Senior) Experten (m/w/d) Energiewirtschaft, der fundierte Kenntnisse in der Energiewirtschaft mitbringt und aktiv an Themen wie Energiebeschaffung, Energieabrechnung, Energieeffizienz arbeitet, sowie an Biomasseauschreibungen (EEG) und Redispatch mitwirkt.
Das bringen Sie mit
- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium (z.B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der Energiewirtschaft oder im Energiemanagement
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Energiemärkte sowie energiewirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge
- Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität und analytisches Denkvermögen
- Erfahrung in Datenverarbeitung und -analyse
- Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick sowie eine strukturierte und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise
